Biosketch
Anne Crocker, Ph.D. is Associate Professor, department of Psychiatry, McGill University and CIHR-New investigator at the Douglas mental health university institute in Montreal. She obtained her Ph.D. in psychology at the Université de Montréal in 2000. After a two-year post-doctorate in Mental Health Services at Dartmouth Medical School, she joined McGill and the Douglas Hospital Research Center in 2002. Her research interests include:
- Factors associated with aggressive behaviour and criminality among individuals with severe mental illness or intellectual disability
- Criminal process issues (mental health and intellectual disability screening, fitness to stand trial, criminal responsibility, review board decision making)
- Forensic mental health services.
